The trade is simple: more base-pot capacity and a focused pressure workflow versus built-in crisping and the extra lid that makes it possible.

What changes the choice

Pressure-cooking capacity is 8L versus 6L

The Instant Pot uses an 8L inner pot. The OP350 uses a 6L cooking pot plus a 3.7L Cook & Crisp Plate. The crisp plate is a separate accessory, not extra pressure-cooking capacity.

If 6L would repeatedly constrain soups, stocks, curries or meal-prep batches, the Instant Pot has a structural advantage. If 6L already covers your meals, the extra two litres may matter less than the Ninja's crisping system.

TenderCrisp is the Ninja's reason to exist here

The Duo Plus does not include built-in air frying. The OP350 does: pressure cook first, then swap to the separate TenderCrisp lid for Air Fry or another dry-heat finish.
