Choose the Rinnai RPC26MCWF when the room/load benefits from 2.6kW stated cooling and you value its two-year warranty more than minimum weight.
Choose the Kogan KAWFPAC07YA when the room is genuinely suited to 2.0kW cooling and 19kg weight, voice control and a much deeper exact-model Owner Evidence corpus matter more than extra cooling headroom.
Both are cooling-only. Neither should be selected for a room that needs reverse-cycle heating.

Both are connected, but Kogan adds voice control
Rinnai has built-in Wi-Fi app control, remote control, timer, sleep and auto modes.
Kogan supports SmarterHome, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, plus remote control and timer functions.
If voice-assistant integration matters, Kogan has the clearer feature. If simple app control is enough, connectivity alone does not separate the products strongly.
Rinnai has the longer base warranty
Rinnai's governed record lists a two-year warranty.
Kogan lists a one-year manufacturer warranty.
That is a real ownership difference, but it is not evidence that Rinnai will necessarily last twice as long. It describes the stated period of manufacturer cover.
Noise evidence does not support a simple winner
Rinnai publishes about 63.9dB(A) sound power, and Rinnai itself cautions that portable ACs may not suit noise-sensitive bedrooms or nurseries.
Kogan publishes up to 65dB(A), but its governed record does not identify a measurement type that can be cleanly ranked against Rinnai's sound-power figure.

Kogan's dust filter is not an air-purifier advantage

Do not use ticket price to compensate for undersizing
